actual measurements in finished goods.

so size's may vary slightly (increase/ decrease) after fabric is washed.

3. All kids grow up beautifully and they are different to each other, 
we recommend you to order one size up, in case you are doubtful of your
kid's size and measurements based on age chart provided below,
which may avoid any chances of exchanges and returns.
